AI Workflow Builder Documentation

Token Management and Top-Up

Client Management (Max Feature)
Invite and manage clients with FlowEngine's agency features. Choose between agency-paid instances where you maintain control, or client-paid instances where clients pay directly. Each model supports different access levels to comply with n8n licensing requirements.
Client Invitations System
Send email invitations to clients with unique invite links. For agency-paid invites, assign existing instances. For client-paid invites, clients complete Stripe checkout and receive automatically deployed instances. Rate limiting prevents invitation abuse.
n8n Access Control
Control client access to n8n based on payment model. Client-paid instances receive full n8n editor access for creating and editing workflows. Agency-paid instances use simplified dashboard access with UI embed triggers only. Both models comply with n8n licensing.
Client Panel Dashboard
Clients see a clean dashboard with instance information, subscription status, active UI embeds, workflow status, and activity feed. Toggle workflow status, trigger components, and monitor execution history without accessing the full n8n editor.
UI Studio Guide
Create button and form UI embeds to trigger n8n workflows. Button components provide one-click triggers while form components collect data before triggering. Support for text, email, phone, number, textarea, select, checkbox, radio, date, time, URL, and file field types. Style components with custom colors, fonts, and spacing.
Webhook Integration
Link UI embeds to n8n webhooks for automatic workflow triggering. Create webhook nodes in n8n, copy production URLs, and connect to components. Button components send trigger payloads while form components send submitted data. Activate workflows to receive webhook triggers.
Website UI Embeds
Embed FlowEngine UI embeds on any website with simple HTML. Add a container div with component ID and include the FlowEngine embed script. Embeds inherit styling and connect to workflow webhooks automatically. Rate limiting protects against abuse.
Stripe Integration
Connect your Stripe account to receive client payments directly. Enter your Stripe secret key with AES-256 encryption. Client-paid invitations use your Stripe account for checkout. Manage refunds and disputes in your Stripe dashboard while FlowEngine handles provisioning.
White Label Branding
White-label the client dashboard with your agency branding. Upload custom logos in PNG, JPG, or SVG format. Your branding appears on client dashboards, email invitations (with custom SMTP), and widget loading screens. Use transparent backgrounds for best appearance.
